My name is Henry Alkire, and I am the student to whom you provided a scholarship for to attend the EAA Air Academy at Oshkosh, I was at the camp from July 13th to the 18th, and I enjoyed the experience immensely. The camp was amazing and I was able to participate in lots of interesting, aviation oriented activities. I was given the opportunity to fly with a flight instructor in a Remos G3 LSA, practice aircraft fabrication techniques with wood, composites, sheet metal, as well as partake in countless other activities, not to mention being given the opportunity to socialize with other aviation enthusiasts.
